ABOUT LEAD222
LEAD222 is a youth ministry coaching and mentoring organization that focuses on helping student ministry leaders lead healthy lives, families, and ministries. We have a community of over 200 men and women in youth ministry in numerous churches of all sizes around the country who are devoted to living the LEADLIFE values of AUTHENTIC COMMUNITY, STRONG MARRIAGES AND FAMILIES, LEADING AND LIVING OUT INTEGRITY, KINGDOM IMPACT, AND LIFE-GIVING CELEBRATION.

COACHING AND MENTORING
Everyone in the LEADCOMMUNITY not only has a coach but becomes a coach. When a youth ministry leader chooses to be coached through the nine session LEADLIFE Playbook, they also become a Coach in Training (CT). In the process of being coached, they will be equipped and trained to become a qualified coach trained to help someone else.
LEADMISSION TRIPS
Members of the LEADCOMMUNITY can join a week of service, worship, learning, laughter, and growing relationships through our domestic or international mission trips.
NATIONAL LEAD COACHES CONFERENCE (NLCC)
LEADCOMMUNITY members are invited to the NLCC that focuses on training, best practices and leadership principles with our LEADCOMMUNITY so that they can have Kingdom impact in their local context as well as in their LEAD222 coaching.
LEADMARRIAGECONFERENCE
If your youth pastor/director is married, one of the key elements of being a part of the LEADCOMMUNITY is joining us at our LEADMARRIAGECONFERENCE. Leading a healthy ministry and family begins with a healthy marriage. Invest in your youth leader’s marriage through time away with their spouse. They will be refreshed, challenged, and equipped to continue building a lasting relationship at this conference.
LEADGATHERINGS
Being a member of the LEADCOMMUNITY also involves being a part of a gathering of local student ministry leaders in your city for a facilitated time of collaboration. We become better people, better leaders, and know we’re not alone in ministry as we meet together through these local gatherings.

The LEAD222 Podcast, available to everyone in the LEADCOMMUNITY, is a tool for practical training and intentional conversations led by leading youth ministry practitioners.
